We hope you are satisfied with the package you receive, but some issues may arise from order processing to delivery. If you are experiencing problems with aftermarket returns, please refer to this guide to proceed.
Before placing your order, please ensure your address is correct and delivery is available. If an order cannot be delivered due to a missing address or if you cannot be reached, we will not accept your refund request. If the package is returned or destroyed due to an incorrect address, and you need to reissue the product, you will need to pay the shipping fee. After you pay the reissue freight, we will reissue the package to you and send you a reissued waybill number to facilitate your tracking.
Meet the conditions for after-sale Return/Refund:
1. The lens package is unopened.
2. After receiving the package of lenses, before opening the commodity package, we found that the quality of the commodity is problematic such as damage, leakage of liquid, and packaging dried out.
3. After receiving the lens package, before opening the commodity package, we found that the number of ordered products is not correct, and may be missed or under-issued.
4. After-sales warranty period is 14 working days after receiving the package (subject to logistics information).
Please note: If you find any of the above non-man-made damages, please keep the photos and contact our customer service team so that we can deal with it for you.
Do not meet the conditions of after-sales Return/Refund:
1. Unpacked lenses or lenses that have been artificially damaged or altered in any way.
2. Color difference, color difference is not a quality problem. Due to different production batches, the same series of lenses may have some differences, which is normal. We do not accept refunds due to color differences.
3. You feel dissatisfied with the ordered product (the color is not what you expect/want), the product you received is normal or the parameters you ordered are not suitable for your eyes, then no replacement, return, or refund.
4. We do not accept returns that you send back directly without checking with us. We will not accept your refund request after your order has been shipped (package in transit).
Refund shipping charges:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Beacolors is not responsible for your return shipping costs.
For refund orders, only the cost of the product will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
Refund /Return Instructions:
1. if you need To return an item, please email services@beacolors.com to request a return authorization. In your email, please let us know the details of your order: your name, order number, and reason. We will send you our return warehouse address if your return request has been processed. Please attach the return form to your return package so that the warehouse can easily inspect it.
2. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
3. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days and the refund will be returned to your payment account in real-time. There are no fees for refunds.
4. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return process, so we recommend using an insured and traceable mail service. We cannot issue refunds without actually receiving the item or receiving proof of return. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Delayed or Lost Refunds:
Under normal circumstances, your refund will be returned to your payment account in real-time. If you have not received your refund, Please recheck your bank account first for any anomalies. If you have any problems, please contact your credit card customer service center to deal with them yourself.
